Policies
- Wings Massage & Bodywork offers therapeutic massage only. Any sexual comments and advances will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be responsible for payment in full. Requests for inappropriate (sexual) and illegal activities will be reported to local authorities.
- Payments can be made in cash, by check, or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex).
- A $35 fee will be applied for returned checks.
- Payment in full is due on the day of service.
- 24-hour notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid a service fee of $65 (per person).
- Series Packages are deeply discounted and must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates expire 84 months from the date of purchase.
- Wings Massage & Bodywork is not responsible for stolen or lost gift certificates.
- Wings Loyalty Program is changed/updated at the start of each new calendar year.
- Loyalty Program cards remain the property of Wings Massage & Bodywork.
- Loyalty Program cards cannot be combined with other offers and expire one year after initiation date.
- Group and special event bookings (larger than 3 people) require 2 weeks advance reservation (10 business days) and must be booked through the Wings office.
- Online bookings cannot be made by or for clients under 18 years of age.
- Parental consent is required in-person for clients who are under 18 years of age.
- We do not perform massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Wings Massage & Bodywork offers non-sexual, therapeutic massage and bodywork services only. Please do not contact this business if you are looking for anything other than non-sexual, therapeutic massage and bodywork services!!
